Hi! I'm coach Amy

I have a degree in Sports Science & Nutrition, I'm a mom to a 6-year-old, and I've been a competitive powerlifter for about 10 years. I lead online seminars, particularly for women, and occasionally appear in events for organizations like Girls Who Lift, Ruccis Gym, and the National Women's Fitness Academy. I manage refereeing for the WA Global Powerlifting Committee, overseeing courses and competitions.

Over 13 years in the industry, I've coached and managed gyms in Australia, Hawaii, and China. I've worked with various sports entities, including the West Coast Eagles, conducting testing for basketball camps and collaborating on rehab and strength & conditioning sessions with their physio, Chris. My coaching style is direct, no-nonsense, and focused on providing essential information without unnecessary frills.
